YOGA and EMBODIMENT
If you feel like yoga has something to offer you, but going to a class just isn't going to happen, I'm here for you.
If you feel like you don't have a 'yoga body,' aren't flexible enough to do yoga, or have a disability or condition that group classes can't accommodate, I'm here for you.
If you sometimes (or all the time) feel uncomfortable in studio settings, because of your gender presentation, ethnic background, or any other reason; I'm here for you.
If you have concerns about spiritual and cultural appropriation, we can talk about that. I'm here for you.
If you feel like you want to be more connected with your body, but aren't sure if yoga is the practice that is right for you, we can work together in a more general way, and find practices that work for you.
